Globe Guesser

A daily country-guessing game played on an interactive 3D globe — like Worldle, but spun onto a real sphere.

Globe Guesser is a free daily geography game where you have a handful of guesses to identify a mystery country. After each wrong guess, the globe tells you two things: how far your guess sits from the target, and an arrow pointing toward it. Triangulate those clues and the answer falls into place.

It is built for the daily-puzzle habit popularised by Wordle: one new mystery country every day, the same for every player, with a shareable result you can post without spoiling the answer. When you finish the daily round you can switch to unlimited practice and keep guessing as many countries as you like.

Because every clue is based on real distances between capital cities, Globe Guesser quietly trains your mental map of the world — where countries actually sit relative to one another, not just their names.

How to Play Globe Guesser

  1. Type the name of any country into the guess box and submit it. An autocomplete list helps you find the exact name.
  2. If you are wrong, the globe shows the distance in kilometres from your guess to the mystery country, plus a directional arrow.
  3. Use the distance and direction together: a small distance with an arrow pointing north-east narrows the answer to a few neighbouring countries.
  4. Keep guessing until you find the country or run out of attempts — Normal mode gives you 6 guesses, Easy 9, and Hard only 4.
  5. Come back tomorrow for a new mystery country, or play unlimited practice rounds right away.
